• ·Independently designed and shipped a free, cross-platform (Windows + macOS Apple Silicon) desktop app wrapping llama.cpp, letting non-technical users run local LLMs without a command line.
• ·Built an AI-assisted auto-tune flow: an LLM proposes launch flags, the app load-tests them for real against the running server, then walks a safety ladder down to a configuration that actually holds.
• ·Hardened for real end users: sandboxed renderer, argv-only subprocess spawning, encrypted at-rest API keys, LAN remote-access mode with PIN pairing and brute-force lockout.
• ·Shipped a CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions matrix builds, automated GitHub Releases and electron-updater auto-update. Covered core logic with 298 unit/component tests across 35 files.

• ·Built a full-stack platform for automating client businesses: visual automation builder with execution logs, client CRM, lead inbox and analytics dashboard (Vue 3 SPA with i18n and Excel export).
• ·Designed a FastAPI workflow engine (executor, tasks, lead scoring) behind a pluggable integration layer with 10+ adapters: Gmail, Google Sheets, IMAP, SendGrid, SMTP, HubSpot, Slack, Telegram, Meta.
• ·Integrated OpenAI and Gemini clients powering in-app AI studios for content generation; workflows also runnable via Supabase Edge Functions with shared auth.
• ·Tested on both sides: Vitest for composables and scoring edge cases, pytest for IMAP parsing and the OpenAI client.

• ·Built and shipped a production typed React/Next.js real-estate marketplace with SSR as sole developer, serving active listings and paying customers.
• ·Implemented interactive Leaflet maps, in-app chat, custom CMS for blog posts and promotions, and tiered listing promotion (gold/silver/bronze) driving search ranking.
• ·Integrated Przelewy24 payments and Fakturownia invoicing via secure webhooks; protected user data with Supabase RLS and middleware auth; integrated ESTI CRM for agencies.

• ·Built a mobile-first ticket sales flow: guest checkout, price tiers with seat limits, payment webhooks and QR ticket generation after confirmed payment.
• ·Delivered a real-time organizer admin panel with an in-browser QR check-in scanner using atomic active to used state transitions to block double entry.
• ·Hardened checkout against bot abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile), versioned legal documents at order time, instrumented with Sentry, Speed Insights and Analytics.

• ·Built a server-rendered site optimized for Core Web Vitals and mobile-first UX, with JSON-LD structured data and SEO best practices.

Python engine ingesting Hyperliquid whale trades over WebSocket, scoring signals with multi-timeframe filters (VWAP, EMA, OI, funding) and paper-trading them; Next.js dashboard rendering live positions, PnL and equity curve via Supabase Realtime with virtualized 10k+ row lists; crash watchdog with Discord alerts.

Expo/React Native app with local SQLite storage and per-record AES-GCM encryption; Cloudflare Workers proxy hiding the LLM key, issuing short-lived JWT session tokens, rate-limiting via Durable Objects and streaming responses over SSE; offline local RAG.
