Hi, I'm Miłosz. I live in Gdańsk and build web applications from the first line in the database to the last pixel of the interface.
I completed an engineering degree in Computer Science with a Front End Developer profile and am now doing a master's in Computer Science with a Web Developer profile.
I start with the data model and access rules, because everything else rests on them. That's why a product comes together fast and is easy to develop later.

Ticketing platform
A ticket sales system for concerts and events: event pages, cart, Przelewy24 payments, tickets with a QR code and a scanner at the entrance. Plus an extensive admin panel with sales and traffic statistics.

Personal website of a Chief Data Officer: about, competencies, experience, education and qualifications, animated counters and a contact form with a custom API.
Restaurant website
Website of a sushi bar in Kwidzyn: a menu with sets, rolls and ramen, events, a map and contact details. Plus a custom panel with login and visit statistics stored in Supabase.

Listings platform
A real estate marketplace for the Polish market: listings with a gallery and a map, a search with filters, an agency directory, promoted listings and payments, and accounts for users and agencies. The project is currently on hold.

A graphical panel for running local AI models on llama.cpp, no command line needed. Manage GGUF models, live chat, performance tests and automatic tuning of server settings.
Automation platform
A platform that connects the programs a company uses (email, spreadsheets, messengers) and performs repetitive tasks for people. A visual automation builder with execution logs, CRM, lead inbox and analytics, powered by a FastAPI workflow engine and more than 10 integrations.

We start with a free call where I learn about your idea and needs. Then we agree on the requirements and features, you get a quote, I prepare the MVP, and finally I deliver the finished product.
It depends on the scope, so I prepare the quote after a call and once the requirements are agreed. As a guide: simpler projects (e.g. a website with a panel and a contact form) start at around 3,500 PLN, and larger systems with payments, user accounts and an admin panel usually start at around 10,000 PLN. You know up front what you pay for, because the price follows the agreed features. I state running costs (hosting, database, domain) separately and up front, so there are no surprises.
I don't run a registered business, so we settle in one of two ways: a contract for specific work (umowa o dzieło) or through the Useme platform, where the invoice is issued by the platform. With a contract for specific work the price is the final amount, and with Useme 23% VAT is added to the agreed price. We choose the method before signing. Payment is split in two: a 20% deposit before the start (this is the MVP price), and the remainder after deployment and acceptance of the full product.
An MVP is a first version of the product (a mockup) with the most important features. I prepare it for 20% of the main price, paid as a deposit. That way you can check the direction and see the result before investing in the whole.

Mainly Next.js, React and TypeScript on the front end and Supabase (database, authentication, storage) on the back end. When a project needs it, I also use Python and FastAPI. I deploy on Vercel, and the back end on Railway. I choose them to fit the project.
