Terms of Service

Version of 19.09.2026. These terms set out the rules for using mtokarski.dev and for the provision of services by electronic means.

1. General provisions

  1. The service available at www.mtokarski.dev (the “Site”) is run by Miłosz Tokarski (the “Provider”), a natural person. Contact: contact@mtokarski.dev.
  2. Using the Site means accepting these Terms. The Terms are available free of charge on this page and can be saved or printed.

2. Services provided on the Site

  1. Browsing the content of the Site, including the presentation of projects, the CV and information about working together. This service is free of charge and available on an ongoing basis.
  2. A contact form that lets you send a message to the Provider. This service is free of charge and one-off: it ends when the message is sent.
  3. Sending a message does not oblige either party to enter into a contract. The Provider usually replies within 24 hours but does not guarantee a reply to every message.

3. Technical requirements

  1. To use the Site you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled.
  2. The Site uses essential cookies and, with your consent, statistics. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

4. Rules of use

  1. The user provides true contact details in the form, in particular their own email address.
  2. It is prohibited to send unlawful content, spam and malicious software, and to burden the Site with automated requests.
  3. The Provider may refuse to reply to a message that breaches the Terms, or restrict access to the form for a person who breaks its rules.

5. Nature of the information on the Site

  1. The content of the Site, including descriptions of projects, questions and answers and information about prices and payment, is for information only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.
  2. The scope of work, price, deadlines and method of payment are agreed individually after a conversation and confirmed in a contract.

6. Copyright

  1. The texts, graphics, code and other elements of the Site are protected by copyright. Copying and distributing them requires the Provider's consent, except for permitted use.
  2. Names, trademarks and screenshots of the projects shown, as well as technology logos, belong to their owners and are used only to present the work and the tools used.

7. Complaints

  1. Complaints about how the Site works can be sent to contact@mtokarski.dev, describing the problem and giving contact details.
  2. The Provider handles a complaint within 14 days of receiving it and replies to the email address given.

8. Personal data and minors

  1. The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
  2. The Site is not aimed at people under 16.

9. Final provisions

  1. The Provider may change the Terms. The new version applies from the moment it is published on the Site and does not change the rules for messages sent earlier.
  2. Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law.
